Leslie has over 17 years experience in commercial property management, 10 of those in Phoenix, Arizona. She was on the founding team of MSREA and is currently responsible for all aspects of operations, management and leasing activities for a portfolio of office and retail properties in the Phoenix metro area. Her duties include all facets of property management, lease and vendor contract administration, financial reporting and budgeting, supervision of on-site maintenance, security and administrative staff, overseeing all capital and tenant improvement projects and working closely with the leasing team on all lease transactions.

Additionally, Leslie provides client services including loan administration, financial administration and modeling using Argus discounted cash flow models, new leasing document control and administration, and portfolio administration services. She also manages all MSREA human resource functions including benefits administration. Previously, Leslie served as Property Manager at Kierland Commons, a Class “A” mixed use project consisting of 465,000 square feet of prime retail and office space. Starting as an administrative assistant for a commercial developer in San Diego, California, Leslie has worked her way through the ranks with various organizations including managing office, retail and industrial projects in New Mexico to her current position with MSREA.

Leslie has extensive experience in property budgeting, CAM and Real Estate Tax reconciliations, gross sales tracking and percentage rent calculations, and monthly financial reporting. She is well versed in all facets of property management along with handling all renewals, new lease transactions and construction management processes.
