Paula has over 20 years of experience in the commercial property management field and is currently responsible for all aspects of operations, management and leasing activities for a 241,000 square foot office and retail project. Her duties include all facets of property management, lease and vendor contract administration, financial reporting and budgeting, supervision of on-site maintenance, security and administrative staff, overseeing all capital and tenant improvement projects and working closely with the leasing team on all lease transactions. Paula has worked her way through the ranks with various organizations, including managing office, retail and industrial projects.
