Tracy Britton has over 20 years experience managing commercial real estate, 18 of those years in Phoenix, Arizona. She joined MSREA in March 2006 and is currently responsible for all aspects of operations, management and leasing for a 242,000 square foot office and retail portfolio consisting of The Shops at Gainey Village, and 7025 North Scottsdale Road. Her duties include all facets of property management, lease and vendor contract administration, financial reporting and budgeting, supervision of on-site maintenance, security and administrative staff, overseeing all capital and tenant improvement projects and working closely with the leasing team on all lease transactions.
Prior to joining MSREA, Tracy worked for CBRE responsible for a TIAA-CREF portfolio which included a 260,000 square foot portfolio Class “A” office building located along the prestigious Camelback Corridor and a 136,000 square foot industrial building. Tracy also worked for Kennedy Wilson Properties as a General Manager in the San Francisco area where she oversaw the management and leasing activities of a 300,000 square foot office and industrial portfolio. In both positions her duties included all facets of property management for the properties along with handling all renewals, new lease transactions and construction management.
Before then, Tracy served as Asset Manager for Nexus Development Company, responsible for the management, leasing and development operations for a 600,000 square foot Arizona/So. California retail portfolio. Along with handling all tenant and vendor relations, accounting, property maintenance and construction, she assisted in new project design, development, construction management and financing. Additionally, she successfully preleased to 95% occupancy a 100,000 square foot retail addition to an existing 350,000 square foot center, while overseeing all construction and management.
Tracy received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics in Finance from Arizona State University and earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Tracy has been actively involved in BOMA, IREM, NAIOP, ICSC and served as President of Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (AZCREW).
